Shipping/delivery information

 Please check your address is correct at check out. If you notice there is an error, please contact me as soon as possible. If your item has already been dispatched I will be unable to alter this and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order, however allow up to 7 days for dispatch if you item is being handmade to order. Busier times may result in a delay, but I will contact you if this is the case. Should you need your items delivered by a set date, please add this to the additional comments and select the appropriate delivery option.

I am unable to change your order once it is shipped, however if you wish to combine orders prior to shipping, please let me know as soon as possible and I will be happy to do this for you.

Shipping costs are set at time of shipping and include some of the packaging costs. If costs have been changed by the provider e.g. Royal  Mail, I will need to contact you to cover the costs. Dispatch may be delayed until full costs are received. I shall endeavour to keep shipping costs up to date on my website.

International delivery is unfortunately not available for my shop at this time due to the complexities of customs. If you are needing international shipping please contact me prior to ordering with the country required so I can look into the custom regulations and delivery costs.

Free local delivery is available in the Barnet and Potters Bar areas only. If you select this option and it is not possible for your order, I will invoice you the delivery costs and await payment prior to dispatching your items. Please only select this option if the delivery address is in these areas. As a small business I am unable to offer free shipping at this time. Thanks for your understanding.
