If the item is already made I will dispatch it within 48hrs according to your chosen shipping method. An email will be sent once it is dispatched to let you know. Please check your junk mail if the email it doesn't arrive in your inbox. Any questions, please email ruthssewingstudio@gmail.com .

I will always refund faulty items. Contact me at ruthssewingstudio@gmail.com regarding any issues with your product and I will organise a refund for you. If you change your mind about the product and want a refund, the product must be returned in "as new" condition with 30 days of receiving, and the cost of the item will be refunded once received and condition checked. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Just email me at ruthssewingstudio@gmail.com with what you'd like and I'll be in touch. All contact is free. Paypal invoice will be sent once you confirm your order and I will start work once the invoice is paid. If you change your mind before the invoice is paid this is fine. They do not need to be! If you are after an item on my website but in a different fabric, the cost should be the same. The only time it would be more expensive is if the fabric you have requested costs more. All pricing is based on cost of fabric needed, any additional items used e.g. zips, straps etc and time it took to make. Custom made does not have to mean expensive. I'm up front about all my costs in advance before you pay so you can decide.

If I have started work on your order or bought materials specifically for your order, you will still be charged to cover my costs. If you contact me before I have started working on your order a refund will be possible as long as I have not had to spend money on fabric etc. Email me at ruthssewingstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible.

You are the best judge of what is and isn't safe for your child. As a creator I need to be careful about safety with my products and I take that seriously. Bags with long straps can be a strangulation risk for children under 3, so I do not recommend them for younger children.
