If an item is faulty please email me at ruthssewingstudio@gmail.com with appropriate photo of the fault, to discuss appropriate resolution. This is generally a product replacement but a refund may be given depending on the circumstances. If you are issued a refund, please allow up to 7 days for the money to appear in your account.
No refunds will be given for change of mind after product is dispatched. If an item is being made bespoke, you cannot receive a refund for change of mind once I have started making it.
NO refunds on lost or delayed mail. I cannot be held responsible for delivery companies. I will pack all items carefully to prevent any damage. If your order doesn't arrive when expected please contact me so I can follow up with the delivery company.
